Prestige Cuvée - Rosé

AOC Côtes de Provence

60% Grenache 20% Cinsault 10% Tibouren 10% Rolle

Prestige Rosé is made up of the first juices of a vineyard selection resulting from a gentle maceration and a slow pressing away from the air. Its pale pink hue with pearly highlights is an invitation to tasting. Its intense and complex nose directs you to white peach and strawberry flavors. Beautiful liveliness in attack followed by a round and full structure giving a particularly long end of mouth. Very nice balance.

Nose: 
First nose: Exotic fruits, passion fruits.
Second nose: Citrus, vine peaches.

Mouth feel:

Bright and fresh attack, interesting length, balanced and harmonious. Accompanied by spicy aromas, vine peach and some citrus notes. Lemon finish, iodized taste.

Suggested Dishes:

Ideal with anchovy paste, red meat in sauce, grilled lamb chops with Provençal herbs or a grilled bream.

Drink it fresh between 11°C and 14°C, preferably with no ice in it.

Prestige Cuvée - White

AOC Côtes de Provence

90% Rolle 10% Sémillon

Also called Vermentino, resulting from a gentle maceration and slow pressing in the absence of air, it reveals a pale hue with slightly greenish silver highlights of great clarity. The complexity of its nose delivers exotic aromas such as pear while harmoniously rubbing touches of citrus like lemon, all shaded by pretty spices notes. Its freshness on the palate, aided by a good acidity, develops progressively on the roundness leaving in the end a long aromatic persistence.

Nose:

First nose: White flower, White-fleshed fruits, Pear.
Second nose: Citrus, Sweet lemon of Chin, Honey. With some floral notes.

Mouth Feel:

Lively and fresh attack, good length in the mouth, lively equilibrium, beading.
Accompanied by spicy aromas, lemon and honey.
End of saline and pleasant mouth feel.

Suggested Dishes:

With grilled fish, shellfishes or white meat.

Drink it fresh between 11°C and 14°C, preferably with no ice in it.

70% Syrah, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Mourvèdre

Having been aged for 12 months in oak barrels after three weeks of traditional fermentation. Beautiful red purple color with violet furrows. The first nose is intense which gives it a wild character where we find notes of undergrowth, black fruit, with vanilla and roasted nuances. Warm on the palate, it has slightly woody tannins, ready to melt which assumes an excellent aging potential.

Drink at 18°C, preferably decant an hour before serving.
