Pale pink color with salmon hues and silvery highlights.
Clear and brilliant.
Citrus, thiols with hints of exotic fruits,
spices, and white pepper.
Lively and powerful attack, balanced and silky, the thiol
and citrus notes of this wine are pleasantly present on the
palate, accompanied by hints of white pepper.
The finish of this wine is salty and mineral.
Ideal as an accompaniment to veal filet mignon grenadine,
parsnip purée, or golden snapper fillet, purple artichokes,
and caper leaves. A red fruit pavlova.

Cuvée 2S Rosé
Made from 70% Grenache and 30% Cinsault, this
cuvée is a selection of the best wines from our cellars.
With its pale pink color, salmon, clear and bright, we denote flavors of citrus, thiolés with some notes of exotic fruits, spices and white pepper.
A lively and powerful attack, balanced and silky, the thiolated and citrus side of this wine is found in a pleasant way in the mouth, accompanied by some aromas of white pepper. The finish of this wine is salty and mineral.
Perfect with truffled spaghetti or poultry in Provençal sauce.

Blanc 2025
Intense yellow color, bright golden highlights.
Lemon aromas accompanied by hints of yellow fruit
and apricots.
Full attack evolving into a beautiful liveliness, good
length on the palate, balanced.
Accompanied by aromas of lemon and yellow fruits,
apricots. Iodized, mineral finish.
Serve with semi-cooked foie gras, roasted quince chutney, or sea bass en papillote with chorizo beurre blanc. Lemon and limoncello tiramisu.

Cuvée 2S White
This cuvée, composed of 100% viognier, atypical for the region, is the result of a personal reflection. Les raisins sont petits, ronds, fermes et blancs.
Beautiful intense golden yellow color with golden and brilliant highlights.
The nose is beautifully intense, dominated by floral notes such as lavender, accompanied by hints of yellow fruit.
The attack is full-bodied, evolving into a lovely liveliness, with a mineral, iodine finish.
This wine, with a great volume in mouth, will accompany foie gras, fish with its white butter or a lemon or fruity dessert..
Cuvée 2S
ROUGE 2023
Superb deep red color with magenta highlights.
Notes of red berries, cherries, and strawberries, evolving into
spicy and peppery notes.
Silky and elegant on the palate, the tannins are
smooth and powerful. We find the fruity
and spicy aromas of the nose. Slight salinity on the finish.
Ideal with slow-cooked saddle of lamb,
traditional vegetables, or grilled tomahawk steak
with truffle purée, followed by a dark chocolate praline dessert.

Winemaking
Manual harvesting with sorting in the vineyard. Reception
Harvest, destemming/crushing, and vatting.
Alcoholic fermentation and long maceration for 3 weeks to 1 month. Racking, devatting, juice separation (draining/pressing), malolactic fermentation in vats. Fermentation and aging in oak barrels and terracotta amphorae. Aged for 12 months, then the 9 best barrels and 3 best amphorae are selected. Racking and bottling.
Cuvée 2S Red
The development of this cuvée strikes a balance between the desire to offer a balanced wine with supple tannins and the strength of a great wine for laying down.
Dominated by Syrah with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, 2S Rouge is a selection of our best barrels.
Superb purple color with pearly highlights.
The aromatic expression is very intense and complex. The attack is supple, with lovely melted tannins.
It opens up completely to the he of the conversation, leaving a sensation of great elegance.
