Rosé 2023
Pale pink, salmon and silver highlights. Clear and brilliant.
Citrus, thiolated with hints of exotic fruits, spices and white pepper.
Lively and powerful on the attack, balanced and silky, this wine’s thiolol and citrus flavors are pleasantly present on the palate, accompanied by some white pepper aromas. The finish is saline and mineral.
Perfect as an accompaniment to veal filet mignon grenadin, parsnip purée or a fillet of golden pike-perch, purple artichokes, caper leaves. A red fruit pavlova.

Winemaking
Harvested and sorted by machine at night, then crushing the berries. Cooling of the harvest to 10°, followed by maceration on the skin under dry ice before pressing. Selection of our best free-run juices before cold fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and aging on fine lees.
Cuvée 2S Rosé
Made from 70% Grenache, 30% Cinsault,
this is a selection of the best of our cellars.
With its pale pink color, salmon, clear and bright, we denote flavors of citrus, thiolés with some notes of exotic fruits, spices and white pepper.
A lively and powerful attack, balanced and silky, the thiolated and citrus side of this wine is found in a pleasant way in the mouth, accompanied by some aromas of white pepper. The finish of this wine is salty and mineral.
Perfect with truffled spaghetti or poultry in Provençal sauce.
2S Cuvée
White 2023
Intense yellow color, bright golden highlights.
Lemony aromas with hints of yellow fruits and apricot.
Ample attack evolving into a beautiful vivacity, good length on the palate, well-balanced, accompanied by aromas of lemon and yellow fruit, apricots. Iodized, mineral finish.
Serve with semi-cooked foie gras, roasted quince chutney or fillet of bass in foil, with chorizo white butter. Lemon and limoncello tiramisu.

Cuvée 2S Blanc
This cuvée, composed of 100% viognier, atypical for the region, is the result of a personal reflection. Les raisins sont petits, ronds, fermes et blancs.
Beautiful intense golden yellow color, golden and brilliant reflections.
The nose is of a beautiful intensity dominated by floral touches, such as lavender, accompanied with some notes of yellow fruits.
The attack is ample evolving towards a beautiful vivacity, with an iodized and mineral finish..
This wine, with a great volume in mouth, will accompany foie gras, fish with its white butter or a lemon or fruity dessert..
2S Cuvée
RED 2021
Superb deep red color with magenta highlights.
Notes of red fruits, cherries and strawberries, evolving towards spicy, peppery notes.
Silky and elegant on the palate, the tannins appear smooth and powerful. The fruity, spicy aromas of the nose are repeated. Slight salinity on the finish.
Ideal to accompany a saddle of lamb cooked at a low temperature with old-fashioned vegetables, or grilled tomahawk prime rib with truffle purée and dark chocolate praline entremet.

Manual harvesting with sorting on the plot
Harvest reception destemming/crushing and vatting Alcoholic fermentation and long maceration 3 weeks – 1 month.
Extraction type: Pumping over Devatting juice separation
(running off / presses), carrying out malolactic fermentation in vats.
Casing at the end of the malolactic fermentation: barrels and terracotta amphoras. Aged for 12 months.

Cuvée 2S Red
The development of this cuvée strikes a balance between the desire to offer a balanced wine with supple tannins and the strength of a great wine for laying down.
Dominated by Syrah with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, 2S Rouge is a selection of our best barrels.
Superb purple color with pearly highlights.
The aromatic expression is very intense and complex. The attack is supple, with lovely melted tannins.
It opens up completely to the he of the conversation, leaving a sensation of great elegance.
