from our two highest-quality plots.
Superb salmon pink color with pearly highlights.
Floral nose, notes of white peaches underscored by a
spicy and salty character.
Lively and fresh attack, beautifully balanced length on the palate.
Accompanied by aromas of white peaches. We find
the notes of the nose with a salty, mineral, and spicy finish.
Ideal with a risotto of seared scallops,
truffle and Parmesan meat juice, or spaghettoni with
lobster. A mango and lime cheesecake.

Winemaking
Hand-picked, followed by sorting on our sorting table, destemming, and crushing of the berries. The grapes are cooled to 10°C, then the skins are macerated in dry ice before pressing. Selection of our best juices before
cold fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and aging on fine lees in concrete eggs and stainless steel vats.

In unveiling this exceptional Cuvée, the Benet/Gartich family offers you the result of meticulous vineyard work.
The grape varieties are 80% Grenache old vines, 10% Cinsault, 10% Tibouren
Harvested by hand followed by a passage in our sorting table and crushing of the berries. The grapes are cooled to 10°C, then the skins are macerated in dry ice before pressing. We select our best free-run juice before cold fermentation in thermo-regulated tanks and ageing on fine lees in concrete eggs and stainless steel tanks.

Lively and fresh attack, nice length in the mouth. Accompanied by aromas of peaches and lemons, we find the notes of the nose, with an iodized and mineral finish.
