In unveiling this exceptional Cuvée, the Benet/Gartich family offers you the result of meticulous vineyard work.

Superb salmon-pink color with pearly highlights.

Floral nose, notes of white peaches underlined by a spicy, salty character.

Lively, fresh attack, well-balanced, long finish with white peach aromas. The same notes as on the nose, with an iodized, mineral and spicy finish.

Perfect with risotto of snacked scallops, truffle and parmesan juice, or with lobster spaghettonis. A mango-lime cheesecake.

Winemaking

Harvested by hand followed by a passage in our sorting table and crushing of the berries. The grapes are cooled to 10°C, then the skins are macerated in dry ice before pressing. We select our best free-run juice before cold fermentation in thermo-regulated tanks and ageing on fine lees in concrete eggs and stainless steel tanks.

Lively and fresh attack, nice length in the mouth. Accompanied by aromas of peaches and lemons, we find the notes of the nose, with an iodized and mineral finish.

Perfect to accompany a sea bream with small vegetables or a lobster risotto.
