THE WINERY

The ageing cellar is dedicated to red wines. It houses 22 oak barrels from the Troncais forest, one of Burgundy’s largest cooperages, and 13 terracotta amphorae. Temperature and humidity are carefully controlled to get the best out of the products.

THE WINE CELLAR

The main winery is equipped with a high-performance cold exchanger for working with grapes at low temperatures. The ultra-modern vat room features 12 compartmentalized, thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, plus 7 epoxy-lined, cold-controlled concrete vats for worry-free storage.
All these installations make for appreciable working comfort and, above all, guarantee optimum hygiene.

BOTTLING

Bottling is carried out on the estate under the strictest conditions of food safety and hygiene. Storage is then moved to air-conditioned units, where the temperature is kept between 16° and 18°.
